Withdrawal Before Programme Start Date:
If a student withdraws from the summer school programme before the start date without a valid reason that is deemed acceptable to the School, no refund will be made. In exceptional circumstances such as medical emergencies or unforeseen events, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. However, refunds will be limited to or not more than MYR8,000.
Withdrawal After Programme Commencement:
If a student withdraws from the Summer School Programme after it has commenced, no refund will be provided for tuition fees.
Early Departure or Absence:
No refunds will be given for early departure from the programme or for any days missed due to absence.
Refund Process:
All refund requests must be made in writing to the summer school administration. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 45 working days from the date of receipt of the written request.
Administrative Fees:
Any administrative fees incurred in processing refunds, such as bank charges, will be deducted from the refund amount.
